Return & Replacement Policy

All standard $8 jewelry pieces are final sale.

Only Zi Collection pieces are eligible for return consideration. Any damages or issues involving a Zi Collection item must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement review:

• The damaged Zi Collection item must be returned in its original packaging.

• The request must be submitted within the 3-business-day timeframe.

After the three-day period, the item will no longer qualify for return, replacement, or exchange consideration.

Replacement approvals are made at the discretion of Pusher P Pleasure Palace.
