What Is A Pre-claim?

A pre-claim is a reservation request for an item that has not yet arrived in inventory.

Submitting a pre-claim does not guarantee an item. All pre-claims are fulfilled in the order received and based on inventory availability.

Payment Policy

• No payment is collected when a pre-claim is submitted.
• Payment instructions will be sent once inventory is confirmed.
• Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in the item being released to the next customer.

Inventory Availability

While every effort is made to fulfill all pre-claims, inventory quantities are limited and cannot be guaranteed.

Claim Responsibility

Please only submit pre-laims for items you genuinely intend to purchase.

Repeated unpaid claims may result in loss of future pre-claim privileges.
