Refund policy

All items are sold as is and are non-returnable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Only Zi Collection pieces are eligible for return consideration. Any damages or issues with a Zi piece must be reported within three (3) business days of delivery. To qualify for a replacement, the damaged Zi piece must be returned in its original packaging in which it was shipped. After the three-day period, the item will no longer be eligible for return or replacement.
All $8 pieces are final sale and sold as is.
